Positive Posture Announces New Office Chair Line: Vaya

Vaya Combines Comfort and Design to Create New Category

BOULDER, Colo. – Positive Posture announced the company’s entry into the office seating market with the introduction of Vaya, a precision-crafted, Japanese-made chair that sets a new standard in comfort, ergonomics and innovative design.

Vaya adapts to each user, allowing full customization through its intuitive, finger-touch controls. With a shock-absorbing backrest, a fully adjustable headrest and the ability to adjust nearly all components of the chair, Vaya moves with the user to promote perfectly aligned posture for greater energy and focus while working.

Ken Okuyama, award-winning designer of the Ferrari Enzo and the new-generation Porsche 911, applied his creative genius to every aspect of Vaya’s design and functionality, resulting in an entirely new kind of chair—one that is as rejuvenating to sit in as it is beautiful to behold.

“We are honored to work with Ken Okuyama to introduce this novel, spectacularly comfortable, and beautiful office seating product,” said Positive Posture President and CEO Cliff Levin. “Our commitment to provide consumers the most comfortable furniture on earth now extends to the office environment.”

Vaya comes in two colors, red and black, and also in limited edition versions in Azure, Racing Red and Alabaster. Vaya will be exclusively available from authorized Positive Posture dealers throughout the U.S. and at www.PositivePosture.com.

“We have a number of other preemptive and proprietary products in development,” Levin said. “Vaya represents our next step in bringing breakthrough furniture products to market. We have made significant commitments to R & D, and in the future consumers should expect much more in one-of-a-kind, functional and profoundly comfortable furniture from us.
